Weekly Workout #1

In my Weekly Workouts (WWs), I will post one exercise that can be done in addition to your normal weight training routine (or in place of one the exercises in that routine). If you don't already have a weight training routine, you can gradually create one with my WWs. I will post later about how to properly create your own routine, for those of you who are unable or unwilling to pay for a trainer.

I would have to say that one of my favorite exercises is the Stiff-legged Deadlift (SLDL).

First, I must state: THIS EXERCISE MUST BE DONE PROPERLY. If you don't use proper form, you could seriously injure your back (click link below). Enough said.

This hamstring workout will help you zap cellulite and firm up your bottom. I can personally attest to the benefits of this exercise. It will leave you sore, but your rear will thank you.
