Weekly Workout, Squat Series, Part 3

Wall Sits

Ok, so you aren't moving up and down with this one, but you are still in the squat position. So your muscles are contracted for as long as you're in position, and apparently this helps build endurance. Here's a great (short) article on wall sits (and doing them before other leg moves), and how to do them properly:
