Weekly Workout, Squat Series, Part 2

Basic Chair Squat

For this squat, all you need is a chair. You should squat as low as you can, without letting your knees go past your toes. Also, keep your abs engaged during this exercise. But I'll let the personal trainer do the rest of the explaining:
