mydigitallist.com - This only works if you have an internet-capable phone. You just type your grocery list and then access it at the store. Sticking to your list helps avoid fatty temptations.
habitchanger.com - This monthly service helps you meet your weight loss goals.
weightview.com - Upload your photo and see what you'd look like at your ideal weight
fitday.com - This is a free online diet and weight loss journal. It tracks calories consumed and calories burned.
sparkrecipes.com - By Spark People. This is pretty self-explanatory (healthy recipes).
sparkpeople.com - This site not only gives you a personalized diet plan, as well as tracks your calories, it also has an entire community of people help pump you up and keep you motivated. And, it's free.
babyfit.com - By Spark People. Perfect for pregnant women and moms of all ages.
Or, you can text the word "food," along with the name of the item you want to eat, to 432584 (Calorie Count Mobile). You will then receive a message containing the calorie count with a link to more detailed nutritional information.
