First-Ever Body Tip

Don't ever, ever weigh yourself right after having a baby. In fact, don't weigh yourself until you can start doing something about it- usually 6 weeks post partum. Better yet, start doing something about it, and then wait a month to weigh yourself. mmkay?

I don't think I need a professional to back me up on that. But if you'd like, I can ask a shrink what she thinks about that.

Quick note: our NBTs and NMTs are going out the window with the original name. From now on there will be Belly/ Baby/ Body Tips.
