This week DS and I get to tag along on a business trip in Oceanside, CA with my husband. We basically brought home with us in the hopes that we would get to see DH in the evenings, with the thought that it would be a help to me if my back was hurting.
Every morning DS and I walk to beach, which takes about 20 minutes. So I get a nice, brisk 40 minute scenic walk every morning, and good exercise at the same time. Now I know why people who live near beaches are usually in good shape. Why wouldn't you want to get out and walk/run/bike/skate by the ocean? It's so beautiful! Right now my son is napping while I look out our balcony at all the boats in the marina. So pretty! Not a bad way to spend the week. Thanks, DH, for having a good job, and for giving me the chance to get some much needed exercise therapy!
