It has been almost a month since I have posted any updates. It's been crazy around here! My son has been crawling, and he makes more messes than I can keep up with. My house looks like a tornado hit it, and this is coming from someone who likes to keep things neat and orderly. So much for that.
I have also been studying for my personal trainer exam, which is on April 24th. Wish me luck! I am nervous, but excited. I think I am going to focus solely on women who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or trying to lose the baby weight. That way I can spend my time studying more in-depth information in that area. Anyway, that has also been taking up a lot of my time.
Also, I have been keeping up with running. It is still very difficult, though. My last couple of runs haven't been successful because my ankle has been acting up again. But that's life. We will always have setbacks on the road to reaching our goals. We just need to learn how work around them. Hopefully I won't have to stop running completely, but if I do, I can still exercise. As for now, I plan to run in short, few minute increments, and see how my ankle does. This isn't a surprise to me- I have had ligament problems since I first sprained my ankle at 13. No big deal.
I hope things settle down after my exam is over. I have so many good tidbits of information to post. My magazines and articles are piling up on my desk! I also can't wait to share my new knowledge with you. I have learned so much since I started studying for my exam.

Troy has bad ligaments too. I fear Erica has inherited that from him. I am so sorry. After hearing all he has to deal with, I have a whole new appreciation for strong ligaments.
Thanks...I really didn't think I would have any problems running again, but it's the ankle I sprained a few months back. So I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
Beautiful Work!♥
I'm coming over from Mormon Mommy Blogs, asking for your help. I am in the running for a round trip airfare paid ticket to Connecticut, to meet a friend I became acquainted with through blogging. She is a super fun person and is holding this contest. I entered a funny story titled "Grapejuice Floaties, Now Marry Me." The person whose story receives the most votes will win a trip to meet this generous lady, whom I'm hoping to meet. The voting ends tonight-midnight. I used to be ahead but there is a story coming up from behind out of nowhere, and it's a tight race now. I would so much appreciate your help. Her blog is www.becausemomsaidso.blogspot.com and the voting is on the sidebar on the right. "Grapejuice, Floaties" Just go there and cast a vote for me, please. Thanks so much-you're awesome! ♥♥
YOUR VOTE REALLY WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
