Shape magazine reports that eating nuts daily during pregnancy can raise your baby's chances of developing asthma by 49%. Nuts contain linoleic acid, which, "may interfere with the development of the baby's immune system," the report states.
But don't limit nuts entirely. Two or three servings a week is considered safe.
