Safe Squatting

While we're on the subject, I thought I would provide a couple of links to help you proper form during squats.

The main thing to remember is to never let your knees go past your toes. Trust me, it isn't fun. Also, a wider stance puts less stress on the knees. And I'll leave the rest to the experts:
