CrossFit seems to be the latest craze. I've been reading about it a lot lately, and SWAT Fitness (in Tucson) recently opened a CrossFit studio. From what I've read, it can be tailored to almost anyone's ability and strength level. I probably wouldn't describe it well since I've never even tried it. But if you're interested in reading about it, MSN recently posted an article (link below).
It actually looks like a lot of fun (in a twisted sort of way), and I would love to see what it's all about. But that requires money. So, for now, I'm happy with my home gym, elliptical trainer, and 15.5 lb. weight named Raiden.

I guess I should ask. Has anyone tried, or known anyone who has tried, CrossFit? Or Kettlebells?
