Body Tip: My Favorite Healthy Snacks

After workout: Fuji apple and peanut butter
Anytime: celery + crunchy peanut butter or ranch dressing (easy on the dressing!)
Fruit Leather by Stretch Island Fruit Co.
Tuna w/light mayo on 100% whole wheat bread

yum!
